How do I claim?
Step 1 – Notify us

Step 2 – Notify the SAPS
All vehicle accidents must be reported to the South African police service as you will need a case number for your claim.
Any claim for an act of crime such as a vehicle hi-jack or burglary at your residence must be reported to the South African police service as you will need a case number for your claim.
Step 3 – Complete the claim form & send supporting documents
We will send you a claim form to complete and request certain supporting documents, depending on the nature of the claim.
Step 3: The claim will be submitted to the insurer
After the documentation has been received, we will process and submit your claim to your insurer. (An insurance assessor will be appointed if required)
I was involved in an accident, what must I do?
Check if you or any other passengers require any medical assistance and if so, contact an ambulance.
Collect all the contact details of other parties or eyewitnesses on the scene.
Take photos of their drivers licenses and pictures of the accident.
If you require the vehicle to be towed, please contact us to arrange towing.
Initiate a claim through any of our claim options.
